Our Story – From Street Cart to Surti Favourite
What started as a small egg cart run by Munna Surti has today become a go-to place for omelet lovers.
Munna began by serving simple butter omelets outside a busy chowk. With time, he started experimenting – adding green chutney, layering cheese, creating “crush” omelets and masala half fry that people kept coming back for.
Word-of-mouth turned Surti Omelet into a local brand. Today, the same honest approach remains: hot, fresh, flavourful food, served fast, with a smile. No show-off – only taste and consistency.
